Virtual Design Consultation

$175 (up to 90 Minutes)

Similar to the process of our local design consultation, we offer Virtual Interior Design Consultations to clients located across the nation and outside of the United States. A virtual design consultation session is up to 90 minutes. Whether you prefer to DIY or aren’t ready to commit to the benefits of our full-room online interior design package, a virtual design consultation is a great service to start with.

We virtually design your room based on your measurements, design style, room needs, and price range. We communicate and send design boards digitally through our user-friendly dashboard. We provide all the design details necessary so that you can implement the design at your own pace.

THIS SERVICE IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF:

  • You enjoy the convenience of online shopping but would like designer guidance in your choices

  • You want your house to feel like home but aren't ready to commit to the benefits of our VIP Full-service Interior Design package

  • You like the DIY process but prefer having a professional designer to give you the steps to effectively implement the design on your own

  • You would like a room designed by AMA Designs but favor the affordability of E-Design

  • You live outside of the New Jersey area and would like a space designed by AMA Designs

HOW IT WORKS

  • STEP 1: Tell us about your project

  • STEP 2: Attach pictures of your room and item(s) you would like to keep.

  • STEP 3: Submit room measurements

  • STEP 4: We will send a Concept Board for your room and discuss the visual direction for the space.

  • STEP 5: Once you agree, we start shopping.

  • STEP 6: Receive the Final Design Package with a furniture layout, set up instructions, and a shopping list to purchase your items

  • STEP 7: Purchase your items and implement the final design at your own pace

WHAT IT INCLUDES

  • (1) Initial Design Meeting via Skype or over the phone

  • Detailed Room Layout with furniture placement

  • Design Concept/Mood Board to show the vision for the space

  • Final Design Board with furnishings and selections

  • Material and Finishes Board (Paint, Fabric, Wallpaper, Flooring, etc.)

We include one initial meeting which is mutually scheduled over the phone or Skype to get to know more about you. All other communication during the project will be exchanged through our user-friendly design dashboard. We send design boards digitally through our system and all comments regarding the design and selections will be discussed on the design platform.

We understand that some things are best communicated over the phone instead of over email. We want the end result to be successful, and with your best interest in mind, design support calls can be scheduled. If you would like to request an additional design support call, it will be billed at our hourly rate.


Premium Online Design: Kitchen or Bath

$1,500 per room

Our Premium Kitchen or Bath Online Interior Design package is a virtual Interior Design Service that provides you with a master plan to create your individually designed space. We virtually design your room based on your measurements, design style, room needs, and price range. In addition, we also provide tile elevations, contractor notes, and samples. We communicate and send design boards digitally through our user-friendly dashboard. We provide all the design details necessary so that you can implement the design at your own pace.

THIS SERVICE IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF:

  • You enjoy the convenience of online shopping but would like designer guidance in your choices

  • You want your house to feel like home but aren't ready to commit to the benefits of our VIP Full-service Interior Design package

  • You like the DIY process but prefer having a professional designer to give you the steps to effectively implement the design on your own

  • You would like a room designed by AMA Designs but favor the affordability of E-Design

VIP Full-Service Design

(Starting at $3,000)

Our full-service Interior Design package is for the busy-homeowner who wants us to handle their project starting from the initial design concept all the way through to completion and final delivery into your home.

Our VIP Full-Service Design services encompasses all your design needs from the initial design concept all the way through to completion. 

We understand the layers of complexity and the time that is involved when it comes to handling a design project. With our full-service package, we handle all the design aspects of your project so you can save time!

We remove the stress from the equation of having to shop for items on your own. We will source through our product collection of vendors and present the options for you based on your personal design aesthetic, style needs, and requirements. We handle all the heavy-lifting so you don’t have to.

After the design phase has been approved and completed, we will act as your project manager to execute the final design. This may include but not limited to; coordinating with vendors for inside deliveries, oversight on installations, meeting with vendors to confirm the install details, consulting with your contractor and other tradesmen, and all other time related to executing the design master plan.

This service is perfect for you if:

  • You want a beautifully designed space but don't have the time or bandwidth to do it yourself

Local Home Staging

We offer full-room home staging servicesfor vacant properties as well as partial staging for occupied listings. Staging a home for sale is more than just decorating. It’s about selecting the correct scale furniture so rooms feel bigger, arranging furniture to maximize living potential, choosing a color scheme that’s warm and inviting, creating focal points that highlight the homes features, and while helping the buyer envision the home as their future home.

FULL HOME STAGING SERVICES

Full staging services start at $998 depending on the scope of the project, quantity of furniture/accessories required, and time frame

WHAT IT INCLUDES:

  • Initial Consultation

  • Design Planning/Furniture Layouts

  • Sourcing furniture, allocating inventory and accessories

  • Coordinating delivery and installation schedules

  • Set-up and oversight on installation day

  • Coordinating the final move-out

  • Move-out Day: dismantling, packing, and removal of furniture

  • All time related to executing the staging design to the final move-out

FURNITURE RENTAL

The fee for furniture rental ranges from $500-$999 per room/per month depending on the square footage, quantity of furniture is required, and time frame. Furniture rental fees are in addition to the staging fee.

Furniture Rental is billed on 3-month period and is renewable in 3 month increments. If home is sold before the 3 month period, the staging services will not be reimbursed or refunded.

Shorter terms are available and will be priced accordingly. Must fulfill furniture rental minimum of $1,500 for a 30-day period.

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

Delivery and Installation fees are additional and will be quoted based on the location of delivery and will be included in your package.
