    • Turn-key Installation: your project executed from initial concept all the way through to completion. We execute the agreed upon concept to the final home delivery with the accessories styled, candles lit, and your favorite song on. Turn the key and enjoy!

  • Full-service design is best suited for multi-room decorating projects, Renovations, Kitchen and Bath Remodeling, Multi-family design, and New Construction.

    We conceptualize the design vision based on your criteria, then execute the final design through to completion. If you are a busy individual, who doesn’t have the bandwidth to manage a home project - this service is for you!

  • Design Fees are based on the Scope of Work and quoted on a per project basis.

    For furnishing/decorating projects, we require a 3-room minimum.

    For renovations, it is a minimum project investment of six-figures including all decorative materials and finishes provided by AMA Designs, plus labor and construction costs (executed by others).

 

OUR SIGNATURE DESIGN PROCESS

When you invest in our full-service design experience, you can expect AMA Designs to handle all the details from initial conceptualization through to completion. Here is an overview of what each phase entails and the responsibilities that we take care of so you can sit back and enjoy life!

  • During the Conceptual Design Phase, we confirm the scope of work, layout, project investment, and design aesthetic. We document and measure the contracted space(s), collect detailed information about your lifestyle and necessary room functions, gather inspiration to convey our concept that is tailored to you, develop preliminary floorplans and renderings, curate initial selections, and meet with trades to gather preliminary estimates. During this phase you will receive: Conceptual Mood Boards, Preliminary Floorplans and Renderings, Furnishings Investment Estimate, and Initial selections of merchandise and materials.

  • After we have presented our Conceptual Design and it has been approved, we start finalizing our design and confirm all the details. We source all the necessary merchandise and materials, confirm details for accurate pricing, request quotes from our vendors, and procure detailed proposals for your approval. During this phase you will receive: Final floorplans, Final Renderings and Elevations, All Final Selections for Furnishings and Materials, Detailed Written Proposals, and Final samples of all materials.

  • After we finalize the design and receive your approved proposals, we start getting everything in motion to execute your final design. This phase includes placing orders on your behalf, tracking all merchandise to our warehouse, inspecting merchandise for quality control, coordinating installations and deliveries, overseeing work, and acting as your project manager during the entire execution process.

  • When your design is nearing completion, we prepare and conduct a final walkthrough to review the space together and create a punch list. We resolve any deficiencies and schedule trades to complete any outstanding items on the punch list. Once complete, we schedule photography and the Grand Reveal. We professionally style your space and layer in the accessories to give it the designer touch!
