Our Designer by Your Side service is an in-person consulting service.

You have an ongoing project where you are the contractor but need advice on what materials, finishes, and colors work well together or to confirm the choices you selected
You are a Builder or Real Estate Investor who would like a Designer’s eye on your floor plans and finish selections before executing the design
You are remodeling or flipping a home and need a professional to review architectural plans and flow of the space before walls are framed and things are built according to plan
You need ongoing design support from a professional on an as-needed basis

In-person design consulting support from a professional on a retainer basis
As-needed expert guidance, information, ideas, and support
THIS SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Follow-up support questions via phone calls, texts, and/or emails
Time expended by us outside of our scheduled in-person meetings
How does it work?
OUR DESIGNER-ON-DEMAND PROCESS:
STEP 1: Purchase your design retainer
STEP 2: Schedule your first meeting for a current project
STEP 3: We will track our time and report to you bi-weekly with the remaining time.
Design retainers must be used within a 90-day period. If you have time remaining after the 90-day period, time will expire and be voided. There will be no refunds for unused time.
NOTE: Designer On Demand is not an immediate help service or call-line. All meetings must be scheduled in advance during our regular office hours (Monday - Friday 9:00-5:00 PM / Saturday and Sunday Closed).
How much does it cost?
3 HOUR RETAINER =$750
6 Hour RETAINER = $1,500
9 HOUR RETAINER =$2,250
Must purchase a minimum of 3 hours. Custom designer retainers are available.
